less of me, more of You

thats right.
i'm back from revo.
one great event.
thanks to Lighthouse 215 and the REVO team~

i'm really blessed, tired from laughing at Pastor Kenneth's "The Meditation of A Cat" (i should've recorded that!!!!!)
other than that, i'm challenged.
ps kenneth made me change my perspective in seeing things
he inspired me a lot especially in reading scriptures...
like woah, he can relate scriptures to so many things...
like isi-isi tersirat if you know what i mean
its as if there are hidden treasures in the word of God
well, not really hidden lah...
but you know what i'm trying to say lah
hmm... let me rephrase that
the ANSWERS to your questions in life, are in the Word of God.

what spoke to me through this event....hmm...
FAITH. TRUST. DARE to go deeper and further, and to get out from comfort zone.

i was excited as well when i heard ps kenneth is gonna preach in church service this morning.
he told the same testimony he shared in passion conference but hey, it still inspires me!
i didnt only learn about getting out of my comfort zone, but also to ask God to create a need in me.
now it feels kinda scary feeling satisfied with everything because then i do not need God anymore.

i remember he said, "the more you're in need, the more you need to give"
it makes sense cause the more i'm in need, the more i have to trust in Him!

i also learned to have an expectation heart whenever i go for services regardless of who's gonna preach who's gonna worship lead who's gonna be ushering and stuff because if i just EXPECT something great to happen, God will move.

another reason why this event is a breakthrough for me....
you see, i went for the day session on saturday in skyline
first session was in the morning...ps sandra and another member of the team shared
then it was time for Q&A
there's a doctor from the team began to share his life experience. sorry i dunno his name.
little did he know that it's gonna change my life from that day onwards.
he just said, "...i've always wanted to be a doctor since i was younger. but whether i was gonna be a doctor or not, i believe God is more interested in who I AM inside, rather than what I DO..."
its as if he just slapped me on the face. ouch. but it SET ME FREE.
just a simple truth. hallelujah!

all the praises to God for He is faithful and He is BIGGER THAN MY PROBLEMS! =)
